Yes after the failure the funds are still visible in the z-address, I only shielded my mined funds to the z-address.

Did you leave room for the fee by subtracting 0.0001 from the total, or send much less than the amount?

Tested it with all possible amounts, even with only 1 VRSC it shows this error message.

Can you try the following:
1. Close the wallet software
2. Backup your wallet - on Windows, it is in \Users\\AppData\Komodo\VRSC\ as a file named wallet.dat, on linux ~/.komodo/VRSC/ .
3. Delete everything in that VRSC directory, except VRSC.conf and wallet.dat (it should be fine, just good to backup before deleting anything in that directory)
4. Reload the wallet and wait until sync
5. Confirm your balances

It's likely that will solve the problem, and if so, you had some corruption in your local chain state.

Someone able to send funds from an z-address to an t-address? Getting an error that I don`t have the necessary funds, although it displayed otherwise.  Huh

nobody?

Did it continue to show your z-addr as having funds after the failure, or is it possible you had moved those funds? I have seen that happen as a delayed sync with the wallet, but there are z-transactions being confirmed.

Can this https://github.com/veruscoin/veruscoin be used to mine or only the UI wallet? Want to mine with only CLI on Ubuntu

Seems strange. Mining does not work with https://github.com/veruscoin/veruscoin. I ended up on over 3000 blocks after compiling and running. It just keeps going to the wrong chain.

So it seems only the UI wallet can be used to mine which is not the norm. Can you guys give instructions on how to mine using the CLI and not the Desktop UI wallet?

It would serve as a much fairer distribution. As it is now it seems very difficult

You came out with something a bit different and actually interesting to mine. You shouldn't be surprised to see lots of CPU's hitting this.

Thank you.

For others, if you have problems connecting, please retry. The only confirmed issues were seeing so far that would cause this is simply not enough available connections. We hope to have more nodes online in the near future. Thanks.

Thanks, I got this:

{ "blocks": 1007, "currentblocksize": 1000, "currentblocktx": 0, "difficulty": 7641174492.147189, "errors": "WARNING: abnormally high number of blocks generated, 463 blocks received in the last 4 hours (240 expected)", "genproclimit": 4, "localhashps": 1597553.142076155, "networkhashps": 2177612415, "pooledtx": 0, "testnet": false, "chain": "main", "generate": true }

Why did I create too many blocks?

That message is about the whole network. We have thousands of peers at this point, and the network has had an incredible, immediate hash rate that just keeps growing. Until it stabilizes, the difficulty algorithm is working to slow down block time by making it more difficult, but in a new launch, you can always expect faster block times until things stabilize. If I realized that we would have had this response, I probably would have put higher thresholds on the warning. Right now, aside from way more mining than expected and difficulty accessing connections due to so many peers, things are working as well as could be expected in the network itself. We are doing our best on the other issues.

How to check hashrate?
Enter "getmininginfo" in CLI (where you entered "setgenerate").
