one thing that is interesting, is that there must be a whole lot of interested people watching this coin for even the slightest sign something may happen for the market to move so radically based on a rumor from an unknown account..  Cheesy

Please stop the short-term speculations...
1. I talk with many people in favour of viacoin, and i specifically know the person who bought the 38k. I just spoke with him (he said it was 38k not 34 as posted here).
2. I also know the person who bought yesterday several K via (a different person).
3. These buys are not by "traders" for short-term speculation.
4. there are over 100 users listening in Viacoin's IRC channel at any moment. If each person advocates Viacoin to several people every month, Viacoin would experience viral adoption.

my 2cents.

sure thing, lol
my dad also works for nintendo

WOW that buy... something we dont know happening?

Maybe somebody seeing the value in via. The fundamentals outweight any short term prices.

Late market entry and does seem like a noob thing to buy VIA like that. Unless something big coming and they know that...

So - I have no idea if the Zynga post was a hoax, or true, if delayed, or in progress.
I just know that such info, true r false is dynamite... and with dynamite you handle with great care.
if it is true, then it will be properly announced with no prior indications, especially not from Drak who is a smart guy running ahead of the company to share this info.

+1 and now please stop to ask him all the time for any news please and get involved on reddit http://www.reddit.com/r/viacoin/

Make no mistake - Zynga is a public company, and as such is must stick to very strict SEC guidelines.
Among the most sever guidelines are those concerned with 'inside information' that may give some people advantage over others.

Hypothetically, if Zynga had turned to Drak and had shared with him material information, and Drak had 'shared' that info, then to the best of my knowledge AND experience as a past investment banker, the SEC would have came after Drak, and after those that shared or used the info to gain profits.

Furthermore, even FALSE posting of so-called 'inside information' that had it been true would have been materiel to the stock price of a public company would normally have the SEC swarming in at the user who posted it, because it is considered 'market manipulation'.

The regulated financial markets are the life-blood of the economy and therefore any incident that can damage the general population's trust in these markets is dealt with severe consequences. The SEC doesn't play games...

So - I have no idea if the Zynga post was a hoax, or true, if delayed, or in progress.

He all,

I put this idea from tokeweed on reddit some days ago: http://www.reddit.com/r/viacoin/comments/2lkoff/in_search_of_a_trusted_member_to_issue_a/

and got not a single comment  Cry. Its about creating a community token and using the collected via for little bounties in order to get people involved. I dont want to issue this because I am new to VIA. Thus, we need an issuer who is trusted.

I personally like the sound of this idea - however someone would be in control of it... I would most likely purchase some.

Yes, we need to decide who might be a good candidate and is willing to issue them http://www.reddit.com/r/viacoin/comments/2lkoff/in_search_of_a_trusted_member_to_issue_a/

My Candidate is TechGen - trusty guy I must say... Roll Eyes

Would the community manager be a good starting point. - either he could assign someone based on his knowledge or he could issue them if he was willing too... Or you...?

In your opinion how many VIA would we need in order to make a pot for bounties viable... 10k?
I think high rewards for quality works is the key...
