Looks like you've started at the beginning without c=VIVO so it switched and you're still getting the work from the old shares. If this issue keeps existing sent me a PM with your wallet address for debugging.

Unlike Dash's X11, VIVO uses the hashing algorithm NeoScrypt which you can definitely solo mine, especially since it is ASIC Resistant. Download and run any of the miners linked in the ANN.

DASH removed the getwork RPC-Call in V12, so you can't point your miner to 127.0.0.1:yourport unless the dev implemented it again.
