Illegal to share your wifi? A judge will toss that right out. Windows has long since allowed you to share access to your connected data point (ICS) and there is no law on sharing your connection with anyone. College dorms, airbnb, families, etc all typically share their connections.

I would have needed this service very often in the past, but I think it will not be allowed in some countries. An idea from me is that you provide a software that people can download which allows other users of the wifi only to visit some sites and don't allows them to download anything.
