Can somebody explain me why I should buy at stage 2 (0,0012$ pro WiC) if I can buy these coin on LiveCoin ICO at 0,008 on 1st of September?

The price of the coin during Stage 2 at $0.012 is 50% higher than the price during Stage 1 at $0.008.
And the $0.008 coins are already sold out. Only unsold coins will go on Livecoin.
Any tokens unsold after the Presale will be sold in the Token Sale hosted by Livecoin.netAlso, any pre-sale coins that weren't paid for will move to the next stage.
If someone qualified for the Stage 1 fails to make the payment, additional tokens will be given to the next in line. (That is from the first person in Stage 2)

Personally, I dont think they have an impossible hard cap limit. By seeing the enthusiasm of their investors all the phases will be sold out in record times. They are raising more and more by every minute.

It won't be possible with our app since the end-user is not given the password and the pp directly connects. Also, everything in encrypted.

Believe me, I was on the road this month for 3 weeks (crossing Europe by bike), free wifi everywhere??? NOO
You really have to search sometimes to find a free wifi and when you do, its not so stable.
More and more places will give you free wifi but this project is still necessary.

How do you expect to attract users? It's a great idea but adoption is literally 100% of making it a success outside of a few geeks at someone's house playing with it.
We have mentioned this in detail in the whitepaper but just a few points are:
1) In app WiC distribution
2) Shapeshift Integration
3) WiC Reloadable cards (Just like gift cards, so that non tech users can buy it, scratch it and load WiC balance)
4) Credit/Debit card payments
