So I just tried to send some of my XMG from my Cryptopia account to the new wallet (since they say they are delisting XMG) and it never arrived!?!  Looking at the coin information on Cryptopia for XMG and it says no connections.....

Probably m-core.org is down for some update/maintenance.

Who knows why the net hashrate stated lower than for example minerclaim pool hashrate?
Is this the reason why the block reward stays max value?

That's because the net hashrate was (and likely still is) derived from the times in between the last PoW blocks.
As PoW blocks generation is now conditioned by the the PoS/PoW sequence, that measure is not accurate anymore.
And yes, I also think that the block reward doesn't react as before anymore as a consequence of that.

Because of the new pow rules.

nethashrate is calc on the pow blocks mined.

in ur magi.conf

Hi!

Could you please write down everything about the magi.conf file. Where to add what, as in a noob is asking for some help.
I would then just copy and paste the same to my magi.conf file, right away.

Thanks!

Yet again I installed the new wallet.  I deleted all prior data in the magi folder.

I opened it, it regenerated the database.

I tried restoring old back ups in order.  When I get to the backup that reflects the transaction that was sent to Bittrex on a bad chain then got lost on it's return trip to me because the transfer was on a bad blockchain the money still shows as "In my wallet, but unconfirmed"

HOW do I get my cash paid for XMG back out of unconfirmed?  The wallet recognizes it is real and valid but because it was "tainted" by this other blockchain it won't update and let the cash return out of "reserved for transfer" mode basically, because it can't get confirmations due to the transaction being on a bad blockchain the funds are just stuck in unconfirmed.  WHY?

Why can't my funds release back properly after complete reinstall of new wallet and database wipe for the new blockchain??!?!

I keep asking this question AND GET NO REPLY.  This is becoming VERY discouraging.  If this coin's developer can't answer a simple question like "How do I fix this bug, because this is clearly a BUG....then what hope is there for the future of this coin?

Seriously guys why can't anyone give me a straight answer about how to unlock the 177 XMG that is stuck in unconfirmed status?  Shouldn't there be a coin repair algo AS WELL as a wallet repair algo?  Where it checks if the transaction was done on valid blockchains and if it was not, unlocks the XMG???

I am getting tired of asking this question with NO STRAIGHT ANSWERS.  SOMEONE please give me a way to solve this problem.

Enoch

Bittrex asked me to send a test send to their wallet and it got stuck on bittrex as "unconfirmed" as well...

Although these are recognized as within the bittrex wallet, the funds are stuck unconfirmed.  Maybe it will fix itself when it comes out of the maintenance mode.  I have over 60 coins not confirmed on bittrex, I think the others were from bad blockchain mining but these 26 XMG here should show up as valid once they "repair wallet" on their own wallets....

This transaction stored in wallet.dat, but payment was on a forked chain, so it have 0 confirmations. Try to dumpprivkey/importprivkey to another computer, sync, next checkwallet/repairwallet, and 100% you will not find this transaction.

Anybody notice any exchange supporting XMG yet? The top 3 or 4 are all saying still in maintenance, or delisting.

in ur magi.conf

To be clear this is the first thing I do is run check wallet and repair wallet.

The config file was not deleted, only the required files were delete, the config file was one of the ones not deleted and it is still set up the same way, with these things you mention here as well as listen=0.

im not an expert but im sorry if bitrex was on a fork chain when it was sent it will be forever lost i think. thats why most of the people here warned about the forks and to send or receive at your own risk.

I just lost 300+ coins on minerclaim.net

and one month ago I lost 1000+ coins

That brings my total lost coins to around 1300+

 Cry

Why are you leaving so many coins on a pool wallet?  That's a silly thing to do.
it doesn't even matter much where he put them. mine were not with minerclaim, yet i still lost them. same would most likely have been the case for him

alot of these coins u lost was because of mining on a forked chain

if these were mined in a fork then it wont be a real lose. or at least not the value stated. If you mined in a fork it would be easier to find a block with no competition so you probably got a lot of coins way faster than actual mining. so maybe you only lost 1% of the total coins or probably less.

right now im more concerned about how much coins we are getting. even if we divide the estimates by 5 its still too much and will probably devaluate xmg since there are too many coins floating around.
