Whoever bought a position up to 12k is now shorting to accumulate cheap as possible.
IMO I'd be holding strong after a whale bought in this week.

3k sat is nothing, we will have a breakout soon enough.

I just downloaded the Quotient wallet to my Mac. Sent about 1000 XQN from trex to my non-stealth address.  The coins appeared in my wallet in less than 5 minutes. Sent another 1000 from trex to a stealth address in the wallet. It has been over an hour. The coins have not appeared in my wallet. They are listed as reserved in trex. Are stealth addresses in the wallet valid? Has anyone else experienced this problem?
If they are listed a reserved on trex you may need to check the confirmation email. Only thing that slowed any of my transfers down.
I clicked the link in the confirmation email again. Still no coins. Still listed as reserved. I guess I will not be using a stealth address again. What is the advantage of using a stealth address anyhow?
Also you can check your transaction at  block-explorer .http://block-explorer.coin-miners.info:3006/  You can check info about transaction if you hover
that position in your Bittrex wallet ( left side of your screen)
Trex finally listed the address as invalid and allowed me to click a cancel button to cancel the transaction. I won't generate a stealth address again. Why use a stealth address anyhow?

That is an issue with Bittrex not the stealth address function in itself.
Stealth addresses can be used to send anonymous transactions.

How long does it take before your wallet start staking? I had my wallet open for more about 20 hours, with >5000 XQN, and still no coins are staked.

The dump is the calm before the storm.  Go look at the Bitb walls, see how they show large amounts of BTC on the buy side and the sell side, that has been that way for days and every day it moves up a bit more, that is what will happen with XQN soon, you have people like me buying it now.  But right now it's not ready for a dump so I do not mind sharing this info with you.  Now come tomorrow I will not be giving out anymore details to what I see.

If it is listed as reserved that means they haven't been sent out from bittrex yet.  You just have to be patient and wait for their site to catch up.

Neat. I like how there is some interplay with the Golden Ratio.

Click auto-optimize. Then your blocks over time will continually approach, but never necessarily equal, 618.

This feature must be a first for PoS coins?

Sorry to say .But I did everything step by step from instruction how to stake Quotient  .Went to setting ,create new two address  select from inputs 1000 coins block and send them in two blocks 500 each
to new two addresses .After that I did resend them to primary address.Next I went to stake arrow hover and I can see message  Expect reward  10 days .Yesterday was 586 days ,this morning was 9 and changed to 8 and after that few times 8 and 9 days. Again 6 days and after all this operation (above)  I got message  Expect reward 11 days.Sorry guys .thank you that you try help.Looks that I'm an idiot after all Grin
BTW.Whoever is the man who make me painful to build up better price for Quotient at Bittrex please stop doing this!!!.Let me work on bid I'd already rise bid up to 0.000059 with couple thousand coins and you destroy it with your stupid 0.0025  against my 3000 or 5000 coin blocks. If you continue that I'll give you surprised  lesson  Grin

I think this will be the 3rd time I quote myself as people don't seem even care to read back or search the thread...
Staking is working absolutely fine. The network is highly competitive, thus stake difficulty is high, and if you do not have any basic understanding of how input optimization is achieved, you will be losing out on a lot of potential rewards, and you have no one to blame but yourself.  Undecided

I can help over a chat session at Freenode IRC #quotient.
If you don't normally use IRC, here's a direct link...

Here are instructions on how to split blocks for those unfamiliar with the process:

To split coin blocks, you need to enable the coin control features (wallet > settings > Roll Eyes options issueslay > display coin control features). Then select one block at a time, and send it to yourself, adding your (same) address as the 'custom change address'. Manual block selection is achieved by opening send > inputs, and picking the desired block from the expanded list.

So say you start by selecting a 1000 XQN block. You then send yourself a transaction of 500 XQN, but specifying the change address as your own as well. Once you hit send, you will be splitting that 1000 XQN block into 2x 500, a primary transaction, plus change, back to your original address. Rinse and repeat as many times as necessary.
I'm not blame anybody.Trying learn best way to invest in Quotient. However my other coins ( don't want to put name of coins at Quotient to avoid scam) staking very well.Only Quotient stake in my wallet got hickup.
no issues here  Roll Eyes

Everything is working fine.

Ah the 'refined' fudders have appeared, claiming staking issues. I've seen that with all other upcoming promising coins. Seemingly legit 'problems' and begging the dev for help..

One message : Try harder fudmonkeys
