Try downloading the 1.6.1.13 version of the wallet.
The latest has some bugs when installed on a win 7 OS.

I launched the crowdfund campaign for Sapience AIFX ($XAI) earlier today. ($XAI ANN thread)
Just wanted to explain how this fits in with XQN. This is for the AI engine that will allow distributed neural network algorithms in XQN - it is what becomes QUINN in Quotient. The purpose of the crowdfunding campaign is to allow me to work full time on this for the next 6 months.
Sapience has sort of a similar concept in some ways to efforts like Blocknet, in that it will result in a common generalized AI platform that can then be integrated with and consumed by other coin networks.
For a more visual understanding of some of the tools that are planned on the Quotient roadmap, take a look at https://www.quantopian.com/algorithms. Click on a sample algorithm and check out the interface. THAT is the kind of thing I am planning to put into Quotient in XQNFX. They are using Python as a base for their scripting language, TradingView has their own scripting language called PINE...that is something I need to think about. Maybe we want to have our own scripting language, or a different engine like Lua...or C#
