it's just an ASIC proof X11 variant and did well its job, now devs are preparing a new roadmap and a tech paper for the reward system an hybrid PoW/PoS that look similar to the masternodes concept but is in some way different.
According that table we have reward that is becoming decreases twice. So at 26 July will reward decreased to 2 or not?
yes the reward now is 2 XRE for block since 26 of july 2017 and will remain as it is for next blocks, no more halving.
