Good point. My reply: we see ourselves as a lifestyle platform, so not "just" any social media project.
Also, if you ask any VC out there who's involved in crypto projects on how they pick winning investments, they will tell you this: It's finally down to the team.

Projects can change - because let's face the reality, some products work, some don't work. An experienced leadership can capitalize on the strengths, and minimize pitfalls - and we believe that is us. That aside, we welcome all criticisms and praise. A good platform, one that's used by everyone is built in stages. It does not make sense to build a massively awesome product, with no users.
Then we would be like any other platforms out there, promising tonnes of use case, but no users acquired.

Centive platform will be expanded to integrate useful features such as social capabilities such as crowdfunding, tipping/donation, pay-it-forward, location-based promotions, content creation and many more.

The use cases will expand from there, but starts from this. Primary goal is to acquire real users, so there will be a fine balancing act between user acquisition and new use cases.

I can see many millions of people being introduced into crypto for the first time because of Coinbates. This is the right way to grow the crypto market. Think about it, a person will have to learn how to use a wallet once they find out about how easy it is to be connected with tons of marketing experts. Might even be a catalyst for a bull run with the increased adoption.

2 things:

1. We stretched out the ICO time; so we have more time to hit the $35M target. Even if we don't hit the target, unsold tokens will be held in the treasury, and sold in a controlled manner once XTV is listed on exchanges. This will help fund the projects, and by hitting all the milestone we set out to achieve, adoption rate will pickup, and hopefully make our investors very happy.

2. We have raised private investments prior to this, AND, will capitalize on whatever we manage to raise in the ICO round - so, worse case scenario, we should still be able to bring it to market.

Finally, we always have the option to raise more capital from private markets - but will never be to the detriment of our token holders.

The amount that you wanted to raise ($35M) is a huge amount of money.
With that target, high chance that you will have difficulty in achieving that amount.
If you failed to get that target, will the development of your product be affected? Or will it continue?
You already have the demo, but how far it is with respect to your final product?

Understand your strong feelings here. I, myself have invested in many projects, and also met my fairshare of shitcoins. Statistically anyone would understand why you feel gloomy when you see a new coin as a huge majority will eventually fail.

Firstly, thanks for your kind words. Our team are proven venture builders, and we have all put our names/and careers on the line.
Given that we manage to raise the capital needed, a slow cash-burn will easily see this venture last longer than any other out there.

One do not need to go far to see that many projects are crashing and burning due to their founders' greed and relative inexperience in managing costs and meeting targets.

Where in hell have u been man? We have been hovering over the newsroom for 350 days and found that a bombshell we packed under the foundation was sent back to delivery guy and busted right in his hands. As far as the coin itself, well not sure what good qualities u guys see here. I for one cannot recognize this coin as appealing because it smells and sounds like islam propaganda.

this causes trust, but there is no guarantees of course. The idea is simple and modern, unique and attractive in this there is nothing. What are your competitive advantages? I do not want you to be another fraud.

A good way to tag a value on this network could be to train your focus on the current situation most marketeers face:

Situation 1: You currently pay social media companies $ to rack up likes on your page and posts
Situation 2: You currently run ads to attract people from within the "social media" to like a page within the same "social media"
Situation 3: You end up realizing you are not really spending your advertising $ wisely, as you and your "supporters" get nothing in return, because you already spent all that $ to acquire them in the first place
