The project will coninue with raised funds, but if the minimum cap is not reached, then funds will be sent back to investors

the ICO price is $1 for a coin, and the min cap is $1.5mil, max cap $5mil

I read the whitepaper and it says the ICO will be only for 2 weeks? or will it be for a month, it's not specified on this thread?

Collected funds should be between $1.5 and $5.0
