So we changed a bit rules of signature campaign as well.

Yeh, looks like Starta took part in Suretly pre-ICO
btw nice business model, invest in the project pre-ICO, cooperate and make it look awesome for the investors, make its ICO, than sell out during post-ICO rush making 10x, hopefully

What is more interesting for you? what is the idea of the Starta program or which profit can you get?)
The required minimum of information is actually given in the White Paper. I think more news will be during ICO, so there is still enough time.
The guys have updated the site and they likely will not stop.

Starta will help eastern european start-up to enter the US market,by helping with local autorithies and giving them access to specialist.
this in the idea, of making high profit in real life life (5X to 20X)
once it's done, they will buyback the token at market price during a short period of time (one month max.) and burn them.
this token is one of the few based on real life bussiness,
It's more like investing in SP500 than in a blockchain
It's wealth should be less impact by a crash of the cryptoworld.
