Hey guys. I noticed the diff dropped quite a bit today.  Any reason for that?  Thanks.

Net Hashrate went from 10 GH/s to around 6 GH/s today...
Probably due to prices correcting a bit, but ALL coins are going down a bit, no need to worry.

Thanks ocminer. More Hiros for us.  Hopefully prices pick up soon though.

Supernova getting attacked. Also SSL currently invalid, so I wouldn't trust logging back on until you hear back from admin.

Huh Where did you get THAT from ?

Thats really new..

We had or have no problem at all ..

https://hiro.suprnova.cc
I guess I should have taken a screenshot. For about 15 mins (from 10 mins before my post to about 5mins later) website was not responding and then sometimes it did respond with invalid SSL.

As always when I get a website error, I try on both my phone and computer and in wifi and on 4G.

So I am positive that you did have trouble, aware of or not. Maybe not an attack, but it was down and came back with spotty connections and SSL error.

Don't know why I said attacked right away btw, not in my habits, I would usually say "down", so sorry about that part for sure.

I've got my sites monitored by Pingdom from several places around the world, Europe, US, Asia etc. and all Stats show no problems. They send me SMS and E-Mail Alerts if even only the Latency goes up...

Also the Pool Hashrate Statistics Graph shows not even the smallest dip or so..

Maybe your Internet connection/Provider Routing had a hiccup ?

Litecoin devs are a bit odd. Their attitude reminds me of early Bitcoiners who used to hate on alts, except that Litecoin is an alt. Litecoin was one of the original champions for altcoins and made good arguments as to why we need alts. They now spend time putting down other people's efforts and the attitude seems to be that there only needs to be two coins. Warren is an excellent developer who does a lot of good for Litecoin and their auxiliary projects like Bitcoin-OMG. I would like to see him embrace the fact that we are working in open source and people can try out variations. Alts also work in an open source space and the solutions found could be used to improve crypto across the board so let them experiment, diversity is healthy for evolving software.

Hi HiroS
Is it easy to implement X11 on FPGA?
I heard about that.

I understand now what people are saying about a botnet. Must read properly. It is not a botnet but due to a stratum exploit it is possible to submit lots more shares than possible by setting the difficulty low localy. Pools can patch against this so these shares are not paid out. Until we get confirmation that ForkPool has closed the exploit people should not mine on there. I removed ForkPool from the list of pool on the front page a couple of days ago.

So where's the tutorial on howto exploid the stratum? :-))

Why you are so dumb and sarcastic? Google for exploit. A lot of miners of any coins around the world was screwed.

Get a life...   And while you're add it, Google "humor",  clearly something you lack!

It's a pool exploit and pools should have it patched by now. It doesn't affect the coin and merely makes it unfair for people within the specific pool. (Just to be clear)

Thanks for the tip and fixing.  All 6 confirms came through.  Yes I opened and closed it a few times, I didn't know that would have a negative effect.

I meant open and close it to try and fix it and that I assume you have already tried to fix it that way Smiley To be safe always wait for the client to update before sending funds. Glad to hear you got it working.

Well, I don't understand it.
But it's getting a lot of attention to X11 and related coins so I don't complain.
