They're going to use first the capabilities of Ethereum to conduct their ICO(crowdfund). But when their own blockchain is up and live, they are going to shift all ethereum token holders to their blockchain. ICO made easy with Ethereum Smart contracts.

I think this new blockchain3.0 is going to be a huge success in the near future the concept is spectacular, They are right about the similarity of transaction in ETH and BTC that's why a blockchain3.0 is born to resolve the issue about it.
