New website is up at http://www.argentum.io

A new github organization and repo has been assembled, and I'm getting version 2.3.1 ready that adds checkpoints and disconnects obsolete versions (2.2 and below.)

If you have an account at bter.com be sure to vote for Argentum, it's number 9 (it will take a while.) If you have about 30k BTR, you can vote for Argentum 10 times every hour.

As always, please let me know if there's any issues with mining or the network in general.

Always ask questions. #StandWithHongKong
Current short term goals:

-More pools, lots of pools. Hashrate is good for now, but we need wider distribution.

-Bitsquare.io

-Yobit

*I'll be sending the requests in the coming days/week

Please post your suggestions.

I strongly advise you not to approach Yobit, their support is non-existent. I have missing deposits & no access to some of my wallets for the last 6 weeks with all my support tickets being ignored. I am not the only one they have stolen from, check their thread out:

Nothing but trouble & lies with Yobit. Bitsquare is the future.

Long term:

-Payment processor/the ability to exchange goods and services for Argentum.

Block height reached. Any issues? Looks good from my end. Difficulty is re-targeting.

I'm happy to announce version 2.3 is live!

Major changes include Multi-algo fixes, AUXPOW fixes, a new Multi-algo difficulty adjustment algorithm, and a block target time of 45 seconds. The block height for these changes is 1,930,000; or just over a week.

RPC information should now be accurate. Please let me know if it is not.

*We are using a new repo*

Big thanks to 8bitcoder of Myriadcoin for guidance, and IconFirm for SHA256 AUXPOW testing.
Great news. Good work team..

Any news about the sha256 pool?

So far, everything is working. Testing has been successful with sha auxpow (thanks IconFirm.) I'm just waiting to hear back from a couple different people on a separate issue. After that, I'll test again, and start getting everything ready for version 2.3. Thanks for sticking with me.
Hope to see the pool soon.

So how is it going with sha256 pool?

Still working issues with AUXPOW and SHA. Debug log gets flooded with CreateNewBlock (though no new blocks are actually created) and other messages when mining SHA. I have a couple ideas of what it could be. I'm testing fixes, and we have another dev working on it as well.

Great work. Good to know there are good devs behind...

I was able to test some changes I made today, and so far theres no log flooding of any kind. Check one off the list :p
