These young guys LIE about MVP: they have no relation to building of Spectrocoin, it was created by another team. They have some agreement certainly, but its not these guys for sure.
So its is SCAM from the beginning!!!
Whitepaper also looks sketchy. The hard cap is 177 million Euro. Just imagine how fast bankera must grow to pay back investors ... usually small online payment institution revenue is calculated approximately 5 % from total turnover and net income is even lower of course. Bankera is expecting the revenue 500 million euro within 10 years (turnover must be more than 10 billion) This sounds like complete BULL SHIT !!! Even well established online payment institutions do non match that figures. So its is SCAM from the beginning!!!

I'm looking for an ICO to invest, and Bankera seems very ligit to me, but I don't know why this bank is important and how can it evolve and develop.

I think you need to read white paper carefully,even you look cards,Bankera will have his own not from third partie provider,read about product what Bankera will release after obtaining license,think about business,for example Ukraine country with great potenciality .Thay can now even trade with EU,but his hrywna is devaluted,if i have business and i want to buy food from Ukraine i can accept btc,eth etc.
Read and think why crypto can be disruptive and why is not so much in use

something's definitely fishy. Thought this was a solid project but then many people are continuously raising concerns from everything from their mvp, to whitepaper and there was even huge concerns with spectrocoin even before the pre-ico. I ignored it at first but starting to see something's not right.
