At the end of pow, we allowed 2 weeks for users to withdraw their earnings. So far, most have done it but there is still some remaining coins.
The shutdown date for that pool was 2014-05-17. However, we extended it to 2014-05-19 and announced on twitter as well as in here.
Basically, remaining coins will be considered a donation to the pool.
(Why are we shutting down PoW/PoS pools when PoW is over? >> Ressource usage. Currently, the badgercoin wallet is consuming much needed disk IOPS and CPU. At some point, we have to stop hosting some to allow us to bring new pools/coins in.)

How come are there still 16.X GH/s of net hashrate?

Thanks SoapMaker, just a shame we've lost 2/3rds of our users on the multipool already, doubled the price in that time.
Don't worry about it, let's just concentrate on getting on MintPal.
Then the price will rise, until then improve the website, develop the multipool.
If you build it, the moon will come !
SYNC launched & had 140 GH of X11 at one point !
That's double what Darkcoin has !
It's not even an impressive coin & it's done POW in 4 days,
Miners will join Bdg Multipool, add stats
I think Badger needs a website upgrade too before it's ready for MintPal.

Translating the ANN to Chinese would be Amazing !!!!
If Badger could get added to some Chinese exchanges that would be great !
Allcoin ? is it there already ?
Look at billionCoin, it's a terrible coin but its at #25 on CryptoMarketCap because it's traded on an exchange in China...

Quick question, those mining X11 on the multipool on GPU, are you also using your CPU for extra speed? as you can do them side by side.

@devs/community: Any thoughts about the funding of additional features like i mentioned above? We should discuss the future of this coin if we all want Badgercoin to survive in the rough cryptoworld.
Regarding news, we are working on a new website, so news should be there in the future.
We will look at the anon sending features, but all the ones we have seen before require funds to mix, so a percentage from the wallet (a bit like staking) or a huge premine, obviously the latter we cannot do as we would have needed to do this on day one. We'll also have to look into security and legal issues if its not a p2p system. defiantly not ruling out the idea though, we'll brainstorm and try and come up with something unique.
Regarding fees from the multipool, currently there are not any, infact we're actually adding extra coins to make it more worthwhile mining. But yes if we can get enough users on there, we'll set a 1-2% fee and then use that for things like mintpal voting or adverts etc.

Didn t receive any payout yesterday from Multipool. Are payouts still processed? It would be nice to have stats implemented. Right now, it feels like mining in the dark. Anyway, i ll keep supporting this nice coin.
Some other ideas:
1. Weekly update from devs to keep community informed about recent work and future plans
2. Collect bounty to pay any developer to implement ring features and darksend, the most requested features right now
3. Take fees from multipool to spend for promotion
Badgercoin needs to enhance and adapt to the innovative cryptocurrencies on the market. Only this will bring more attention to it.
Some other ideas:

I'm on the x11 port and have had 5 lots of payments so far and at a lot higher value than when I was mining in the mining phase of this coin
