With all the market activity on Bittrex, has BLC been saved from scheduled delisting?

If u put up some more fake volume, it will be kept on there for another week, richie's priority is not to randomly delist a coin, but to make $$ off the trading fee.

Yes, Byron was quite supportive of blakecoin on his exchange, it was rather unfortunate he had to close down due to low volume, it was a good exchange.

Hopefully, he will remember the Blakecoin family of coins when it comes to listing coins on the new Coinigy exchange he is coding for.

Hopefully, Bittrex will see BLC has an honest long-term project and keep it on.

Hey, since I think I recall you stating that you are working for Coinigy now, is there any chance the blake family of coins will be listed on their new exchange? That would be monumental.

I dont work for or with Coinigy on any projects thus would have no influence on what gets listed on their exchange *maybe you are thinking about Byron?

Yes. I'm thinking of Byron. Wasn't he involved in listing the Blake family of coins on his old exchange?

its upto Bittrex for now think Bill has it on an exclusion list but the minimum volume is 0.5 BTC per day so may have some more issues with delisting in the near future  Cry

I will finish off the new wallet at some point but dont expect it to have much if any effect on market, but it will most likely have compatibility, build and possibly some architectural issues (Mac/Arm etc..) so I am sure it will make more work for me at least within first few months  Undecided

for now been making progress on Battlegrip all rest are stalled as not had a chance to do much to them

Still not canceled or abandoned any which is better news than some big name games that have been canceled in 2016 (Scalebound - Fable-legends - Silent Hills - and More Here, Here and Here*high profile games canceled past 10 years)

guess not only one having issues past few years especially with open world games  Cheesy

There's currently no warning about delisting on bittrex, so as long as the daily average stays above 0.3btc we are in no danger. Maybe BlueDragon can give a more concrete answer. Hopefully the wallet update will get released soon, I expect that would cause some more trading volume.

Edit:
@NemesisDF good luck with your mining! Blakecoin is quite gentle on your GPU, it doesn't destroy gfx cards like scrypt mining does Smiley

Also, I have some 7 day trial passes for Black Desert Online, if anyone wants one PM me. Really fun game Smiley

Just started mining BLC and downloaded the Mac wallet, it won't connect to the wallet and says "no block source found". I did attempt to addnodes via the debug console and found these via a previous google search:

addnode=162.243.133.80
addnode=162.243.14.130
addnode=146.185.135.24
addnode=184.171.247.23

When I add the node it says this... "Method not found (code -32601)"

Any ideas to get this wallet working?

Thanks.

via debug console

addnode xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx add

nodes listed in OP:

Code:
addnode 146.185.135.24 add
addnode 104.238.177.36 add
addnode 104.238.133.35 add
addnode 107.191.58.189 add
addnode 108.61.242.204 add
addnode 107.170.178.92 add

That did the trick, thanks!

I've heard good things about vulkan, glad to see unity has added it. Seems like developing with unity is a moving target though, it must take a lot of time to keep updating your games to latest unity. I'm guessing when 5.6 stable version is released in march, you would stick with that? Or would unity 2017 api be a minor change from 5.6?

well I used "stable" releases from unity that were just not usable and should never have been marked stable this beta is pretty good seems to work as well as 5.5 "stable" release I did find for webgl2 the webassembly feature if enabled stops the build they might fix that in later builds but right now cant use that but most of stuff I am using works  Shocked  *not had a chance to test all assets/effects just common ones found to work well/look good etc

unity has a shifting api and as much as I resist updating often its only way to get things working so going to try using 5.6 beta and see how it goes skipping 5.5 *most of side projects are in 5.4 and bz is 5.3
*fingers crossed when they do a stable 5.6 release most of the active projects should be updated or in testing based on builds from unity 5.6 beta  Cool

for now just going to keep working on battlegrip(ref in 5.4 but remastering/rebuilding in 5.6b1) and use that as a testbed for when I start the rebuild of bz project

12 base wallet is not far off but still architecture specific linking and few other bits that really need to go before it can be released else it will be hard to compile + I also need it compiling on linux without issues and atm that has not been tested, right now bit distracted from wallet by my testing of unity 5.5/5.6  Undecided

edit:
with performance issues been having in unity while working on the BlakeZone project finally nice to see some actual new api's that work well (webgl2/vulkan), unity 5.6 beta even got in the tech news  Cheesy

about time if you ask me unity has been adding a lot of fluff during 5.x cycle most of it performing like a turd Roll Eyes

more about what they are doing in 5.6 beta here

now before I got too excited ran a whole bunch of tests which directly effect standalone builds and getting some nice performance with vulkan this will effect standalone win/lin builds for any of my game projects  Grin

That's good news, I've sent some coins to bittrex to add to the trade volume, not much but every bit helps.

Am curious how the wallet update is coming along, last I heard it was nearly ready.

why let this coin get delisted from trex, maybe just ask bill and/or ritchie to keep it for a while more, its a good coin with good development, unique project, i think they will agree

a dozen good unique coins i watch are in same situation now, they should agree to all of em.
send em a shortlist ? with words like you mofos break my heart with your policy ? lol
lol you seriously can compare this coin with some shitcoin that says its  "unique" and dev is nowhere to be seen

not really, i need them all, all those coins are active, it's bittrex not yobit,
their only "disadvantage" is < 0.5btc daily volume, next month may turn 0.75btc, 1 btc, ...

Yobit's increased its charges too. It wants more money to list a coin and now wants money for every wallet update it has to make. Although I don't think its started delisting coins that don't meet a minimum volume yet, it will probably start soon. Blakecoin's trading volume will need to stay high to keep it on any of the medium sized exchanges soon.
