To commodify ethicality is to ethicise the market
Itod, no trolling please.

For example, your attitude precludes you from absorbing the plain fact that the wiki is not for code. Nor is it for explanations of code. It's for organisational information.

For code, refer to Github.

Wrong thread?

I do know, however, that HZ's intentions for the MGW are somewhat different, and that they've adapted/bug-squashed every singe bit of tech they got from NXT.

But let's not discuss this here.

In any case, we're celebrating our new website!

     http://blocknet.co

When i looked at that i foresaw this (nh'z'blocknet, supernet), just in a few years from now trading all the assets could work in some way perhaps - twoard of forward thinking as a way of helping within making things for everyones benefit

Edit: only a subjective theory, but one I hope gets taken into consideration for that better outcome (please post your opinions on this statement if you like)

Apparently now HZ is 'crowdfunding' a MGW clone.

Why crowdfund what jl777 did by himself, especially when the original is open source?

Please explain this to me, I want to understand.

When you say 'did', do you mean that everything Blocknet and XC and HZ are doing has been coded and accomplished by him (jl)alone?  And there is no need for crypto to go any further?  Does he have a finished product?

I'm not saying he isn't talented; he is.  But he is working by himself and doesn't have a finished product.  Blocknet code also differs (want to talk about JSON?) so if you would kindly explain, in detail, why you think your question is worth considering I would appreciate it.

Cheers...Smiley

Blocknet's xbridge is a direct hook into the wallet. It's not an RPC layer [Supernet] or PROXY layer [XAI].

Hi all

Good news:

Tomorrow morning, our new website is launching!

http://blocknet.co/

After much research and hard work, it showcases the Blocknet's business case. We're very excited to show it to the world.

and the foundation is closed sourced.

Got it now, thanks.

It doesn't matter if it's open or closed, nobody cares either way...

I care.

Why?  This thing will be dead long before it goes anywhere.

The only altcoin projects that will be "dead" are the ones that get outpaced due to limited resources.  Blocknet is building a platform that enables and encourages decentralized development.

I know it's hard, but try to wrap your head around that and maybe you'll see why Blocknet is easily one of the best projects to hedge your portfolio with.

It's huge, and I've done a lot of looking around and reading between the lines as a casual observer etc etc

i don't know why your twitter account is titled 'the blocknet' lol

reminds me of that moment in that movie "the social network" where founder of napster tells zuckerberg remove the "the" and just call it facebook

and btw you guys are cookin something good Wink

@blocknet was taken. :-)

I kind-of like the definite article for a Twitter handle. It suggests singularity.

The Source code for the xbridge daemon (xhub) is available at https://github.com/atcsecure/xhub

the source code for the wallets is available under this branch - https://github.com/atcsecure/blocknet/tree/xbridge-qt5

The compiled TEST wallets and xbridgep2p are available at http://www.atcsecure.com/blocknet/xbridgev2/ - The wallets are test wallets use the -datadir command

so nothing is open sourced for xbridge? Doesn't looks like much has bene done in 2 months.

its all open sourced, that piece of xbridge is completed for now

We are working on the next phase currently - which is at https://github.com/atcsecure/xhubv2/

AFAIK, xhub != xbridge?

XHub is the P2P client for the XBridge.

right ok... that's what I thought. and the xbridge repo is where?

XHub is part of the XBridge. It's the core. We'll start on other aspects of the XBridge after the core is done.

Everything - including wallets, Xhub/XBridge, etc. will be in here: https://github.com/atcsecure?tab=repositories

But, "XBridge is the foundation of Blocknet" ... Yet Xhub is the core but is the client to Xbridge. How can you build something without a foundation?

How long will you guys chase your tail?

Lol, I really needed that laugh

XHUB is just that ---- the HUB that connects nodes

we have both XHUB and XBRIDGE

So we have the foundation and the network

and we have working clients with cross-chain messaging available for testing

and the foundation is closed sourced.

Got it now, thanks.

NOTHING IS CLOSED SOURCE its all on GITHUB

PUT DOWN WHATEVER YOUR SMOKING

XHUB - https://github.com/atcsecure/xhub & https://github.com/atcsecure/xhubv2

XBridge Wallet Code - https://github.com/atcsecure/blocknet/tree/xbridge-qt5
