We consulted with participating exchanges prior to this and they are completely comfortable with the legality of the ITO.
Speaking personally now, what serves as a continual source of fascination is how US organisations seem not to notice that their jurisdiction ends at national boundaries.
The Blocknet is not an organisation or a business. It's a network.
It exists everywhere and nowhere. It does not exist in the US.
If you're based in the US and buy Blocknet tokens, this does not mean that you bought them *in* the US, because the tokens don't exist in the US, ever.
(They don't even exist in the US if you put them on a paper wallet, because paper wallets are just proofs of ownership of an entry in a blockchain, and the blockchain doesn't exist in the US.)

When can we buy tokens on Bittrex?
The Blocknet's ITO will begin on 5am EST Oct 29th and run until November 5th 23:59:00
To clarify... Is it 5am EST or EDT?
The vast majority of people in the Eastern Time Zone are currently using Eastern Daylight Time (-4 UTC) and will not switch back to EST (-5 UTC) until this coming Sunday, 2 November. I believe that the only places in the world on EST right now are Panama, Jamaica, and the Cayman Islands. There could be a few more countries sprinkled in, but using EST is extremely confusing.
Could you please clarify by posting the time in UTC?

The thing is that I'm working and and have not downloaded a wallet. I can't download a wallet at work.So I want to buy through coingateway using Fibre or XST or XC and have coingateway deposit them in a wallet at an exchange.

I mean, it will be there when you check at 5.00 am EST on 29th October , you won`t be able to buy tokens before the 5 am
