Sure, the soft cap might be just a target, and actually even a smaller raisings just slow down the development, and the project will thrive anyway.

A 200 000 ETH soft cap was set several months ago, so now the needed amount is about 50 000 eth? And given you said you already raised 2-5 $M, it is about 2000-5000 ETH? Am I right?
