Is this exchange completely functional right now or not? I think that marketing should until exactly the point when the exchange is ready to go live and be publicly used. Then market has the biggest effect for all those investing now.

We don't want to be centralized and will try not to leave any backdoor for that, NVST itself will be used for voting too, for example, if NVST holders wants to fire me, they could do it.

Nice idea, but i am totally opposed to the abuse of ERC20 tokens and NVO is enough funded.
Regarding Plybius, i think it is centralized as they ask for KYC. Decentralized means loosing controle, no server, P2P, possible new mining for decentralized banking.

If the launch of NVO goes well, we will have enough from fees.

In my opinion, when NVO other projects will be announced you should do a new ico with a NVST ERC20 token,

exchanging old NVST for a fixed amount and selling also to new investors.

There is a huge difference between a DEX and DexBank, mostly about products, but it is not the time to talk about it.

i agree.
if they cant update the current one with minuscule details for so long i dont see why new investors would bother....
looking at the website now at this time, it makes it look like NVO actually IS a scam, since nothing has been done since ICO ended. this is unacceptable behavior and shows lack of respect to this project by the devs themselves.
either hire someone who will keep this stuff in order, or forget about it all together.

Yes the website will be changed, we are coding it, but we also have different things to work on, we organise our work schedule depending on the different tasks, each one having a set amount of hours/day and then go to a different one, this way we can progress everywhere, even if it is slow, at least it is moving.
