I was under the impression that enforcement was coming with RC4. You think it will be sooner? Might scourge up some BTC to buy at these levels if that is the case.

Could be multipools mining and selling also.

I am well aware that it is in the current clients and can be turned on at anytime. I just missed where he said that this was planned for anytime soon.

I remember reading in the "RC4" update over at darkcointalk that it was going to go on testnet and some new system was going to be tested first.

Can you point me to where he said that enforcement was right around the corner?

Enforcement already here. Just waiting for everybody to be on the chain. Once Evan feels that everything smooth, enforcement will be turned on. Initially he said it would take 2-3 days to turn it on. But there are people still did not update. Just expect it to be very soon.
