I agree, but if anyone wants it to happen faster that's a good option. Most exchanges if you pay aren't so cheap.

No. They were investigated some problems with DCN market, reported also here:

and closed it temporary for that.
I have seen the chat at their trollbox. The trollbox also disappeared later on

Edit: The trollbox is back and what I see there is:

deeper: are all of the markets on the left? Or they are hidden somewhere? looking for dcn and cant find
alcurex: deeper: I found DCN was the reason for some errors. I'm looking it but now DCN market is freezed.
alcurex: I need to update some file. Just in case I stop webservice for that time.
