It helped, thanks. I reinstalled the wallet and after a full rescan all the funds were back.

no problem! if it happens again it's not necessary to reinstall the wallet, just click on the rescan button that is in the lower left corner close to the block number.

It opens in proposals, which is where all the things that use the politeia are.

You should click on the "changes of consensus" tab that is where the votes that involve changing the code are.
There is a vote which is a change that will allow the implementation of the Lightning Network.

Is OKCoin as big, and strong as they were before China began its "ban" on exchanges? I believe the Chinese people have a lot of excess income, but have no, or only a limited way of putting that into Bitcoin and good altcoins.
