I can't get to the wallet either. This is somewhat daunting for me since I'm trying to figure out how to get started. I can't make hide nor hair out of this.
I should have noticed this two months ago, so that I could have figured it out by now and got part of the airdrop.

Windows wallet won't boot GUI and online wallet won't accept my seed. Also, says can't read the key file. ? Help
The Windows wallet is a command line wallet. You'll need to run it from the command prompt. I am not aware of any GUI.
I couldn't get the web wallet to work either so I used the process here:

The "Running Daemon i.e. dcrd.exe" and "Importing the Airdrop seed & Creating an address for solo mining" are the sections you'll need to follow. When you're done if you run
dcrctl -u username -P password --wallet getbalance
from the command prompt your balance will be displayed
