They have a lockup period for private sale investors (up to 6 month after ICO). Tokens which was sold at public sale unlocked and trading at exchanges already. They sold on ICO 39% of tokens as I know.

They must be listed to Binance for good growing. But Im not sure that this is possible at this moment. They liting project with some ready development already

Listing on Binance does not guarantee the price rise. There have been several coins that have been listed on Binance and their price dropped.
