Actually, that website is not active, here is an active one http://coincave.nl/epcstats.php it is showing a network hashrate of about 1 gigahash. And here at the block explorer http://explorer.epcnodes.com/network we see more info.

EPC is you too. If people would waste their precious time in a better and constructive way instead of ranting on forums that would make projects being more successful.
But dev/dev team should be more active too.
They can start bounty campaign, airdrop.

But before this, someone should create those beauty signatures.
EPC has no Telegram, Discord. But they are the most popular app now.

To reply about the paper wallet: that's already in our GIT repository but it needs to be polished. It works though. You should compile it from source as this is not
