Dust yourself off, and move to another exchange. They WILL NOT help you with this. You might get an automated response from them, but no help.

I'm just curious what you think about adding a CACH trade pair considering the background, that jasinlee will accept cachecoin for scrypt asic presales.

thnx for changing BTC deposit adress when there was transfer going on, ive sent mails (dont know why u got info abt skype, there is no one on skype), sent screenshots and nothing just "Your requests has been recorded and will be submitted for process soon".

Thanks god it was just 0.024 BTC.

Wait for payment of 0.024 BTC to BTC adress that was provided when i registered account on BTER, when i checked deposit on BTER ive noticed that they changed my BTC deposit adress, on blockchain my BTC was transfered to previous adress, then transfered further to

I not understand this as well. Yesterday I've traded something like 50k NXTs, and got some points. But after withdrawning about 80% of my balance, all bonuses disappeared. So, looks like it's something like bonus for using the exchange as "saving account"
