As i see it would be a good "side job" for people with certain types of jobs. If you work in medical field, you could get paid by consulting about what you know.. You could even "employ" your hobby, so if you know a lot about cripto currencies or some other thing you could share your knowledge and get paid at the same time.

And for other info too - but tech support stands out for me. But how do you know that the person you are calling actually knows anything? I am assuming there will some sort of rating system?
In the same beginning we target crypto influencers, so people known already.
In the long run there will be a rating system and refunds abilities, so if you are not happy you will be able to refund money (depending on an expert etc.)
So yes:
Ratings and Refunds will secure this + influencers who are already known in their domain knowledge expertise
