Tokens are distributed at the moment when You buy them. Here is the instruction how to submit AIC in Your wallet (on example of MetaMask):
In the wallet press tab “Token”
Press the button “Add token”
Full fill empty rows: Token Contract Aadress: check it from Akaiito token sale page
Token Symbol (AIC), Decimals of presicion: 18
Press the button: Add
After that You will see AIC tokens in the tab of Tokens.

There will be fee what will make project profitable. Total fee is 3%, but there is as well 1% of Cash Back, so final fee is 2%.

Im very doubtful about premium fetures. What is the sense of ones in the decentralized project?

Usually this kind of projects have transaction fees or some build-in advertising sections, however, I'm sure sure Akaiito will have advertisements. And I've never heard of any premium features of decentralized projects.
