I wonder on why they limit the minimum price to 50 ETH. Its not possible for a low-budget trader to join in the ICO.

Those are real existed problem which you mentioned in real estate industry. It's a nice platform about investing building construction. I think the most secure sector for investing and professional income is the building construction.
