maybe after crowdsale end, dev will make a contract with valve and steam as owner dota2.
how they do to be partnership , It's not our problem.
then , after got a contract as partnership , someone can buy skins with skinscoin or gambilng his item to get skinscoin or otherwise

AFAIK, the 5 most popular games in betting site are CS:GO, Dota 2, StarCraft II, LOL, and Hearthstone. It will be more interesting if they can make a contract with steam and work together in "in-game purchase".
