ICOs are always about risk, but it feels more safe to invest in project with existing platform. When nothing has been implemented is too much of a risk

Don’t agree with you opinion on the website though. Some more interesting stuff is needed to be added. It’s too simple, however, I also believe with funds raised they will allow themselves to improve lots of aspects.
