Gas Price with 21 Gwei is to high, i set it at 2 gwei and the transaction finished in under 1 minute. For what 21 Gwei? 
The right question is, why website is showing 3441 ETH* raised when smart contract shows that amount minus 3000 ETH ? I hope it's some kind if typo in their scrypt

Just started and already 3429 ETH* raised - large amount considering ETH price - congratulations with successful start!
No doubt about it since VLB does have a very good focus on Carfix and this is just the start so imagine on how much they had made for the opening of the ICO. And in the mid run of it for sure there will be bigger investors that will caught due to the popularity of VLB.ETH price as we see has grown for the last week.. maybe you will thinking about changing hard cap if ETH growth will continues?
