Yeah.

For example if bonus tokens are locked for 2 months, that means you will get them 2 months after the regular distribution ends.

Most likely that you can't get the tokens immediately, but with some kind of a delay.

Every event can help you to get more exposure and get more investors, you never know who is watching.

It would depend on the conference and on your goals. It's always good for networking. One would not be enough.

The ones that will bring you a good exposure, so big ones are the best, but there are some small conferences that have ICO pitches and you can get investors directly if you do it well.

Yes people adore paypal, so if you combine crypto with it, its just great.
