Will we have option to stake AGT?

I would also like to know this as staking is quite attractive and lots of projects offer staking options.

What is staking?

Unlike POW (proof of work) where you need to use expensive hardware and processor's power and obviously electricity for consensus mechanism, in POS (Proof of stake) everyone can hold coin in their wallet or run a node to be a part of mining (consensus mechanism), AGATE use POS and everyone can participate on it, below image will give you a better view of who it works.
for more information refer to Agate whitepaper or read this external article :  https://hackernoon.com/consensus-mechanisms-explained-pow-vs-pos-89951c66ae10

Here is an article why Agate use Proof of stake (POS) instated of Proof of Work (POW)

good short decription of POS and POW, thank you!

Hi guys, I’m relatively new to this ICO thing. I still need to study the whitepaper of this project. But what payments methods can I use?

You can use ETH,BTC, BCH,LTC and DASH.

That's a nice range of currencies!

Indeed, its nice to see we can use some other currencies other than BTC and ETH

Wow.. there is would be something as Paypal. Want to see how it will work. The project is very promising and exciting.

I am also quite interested to see how it would work. An example or walkthrough video would def sell me on it.

please watch the summary explanation of Agate ecosystem https://youtu.be/8QUrFgvB5Lc

Seems like this topic has a lot of followers. Its good for the project!

People get attracted to the headline (as it has PayPal for crypto in it) and that's strikes a chord with people. Everyone wants to merge as much from their "regular" life with crypto as possible.

Yes people adore paypal, so if you combine crypto with it, its just great.

What events will you visit in July - August?

Are there any relevant events during the summer? Like crypto related?

You mean like crypto conferences and such?

Probably, a lot of conferences are held in different parts of the world, the only question is which one is most acceptable from them.

Every event can help you to get more exposure and get more investors, you never know who is watching.

Are the crypto conferences really a good way? Do you have to invest a lot to participate?

It would depend on the conference and on your goals. It's always good for networking. One would not be enough.

I would also say it is quite an undertaking to go around on all of them.

Yes, but if the persist I'm sure they will manage to do it.

Do you build a centralized crypto PayPal or will it be decentralized and smart contract driven?

The general idea behind crypto is to have it decentralized, so I think all of the projects are trying to achieve that, it will depend on who will be able to really do it like that.

I don't believe decentralization should be the main focus of each project, certainly not 100% decentralized project. You have community tokens for that D

I agree with you, some decentralization is welcome, but 100% decentralization is hard to achieve and have success with projects like these that are creating complex systems.

I've seen a lot of projects opt for partial decentralization so that they can support offline transactions and maybe sometimes even increase of transaction speed. What would be the benefit of 100% decentralization? could someone elaborate?

Sure, but aren't those tickets for participation quite hefty?

What currencies would be supported on the platform?

Their coin, a couple of major ones and that would be it for now. I'm sure they will add dollars and euros in no time.

People have high hopes. So do I. And I really hope some of those mergers will actually work.

First who really manages to go mainstream takes the biggest piece of the cake.
