I can understand your concerns, but let me explain these numbers:
1. We commit, in the white paper and legally, not to cause inflation by selling tokens UNLESS they are backed by real estate properties
2. 10 million tokens =10 million USD of which 800,000 tokens are already backed by real estate properties. We don't want to take the risk to make a bigger ICO because to make things seriously we need to choose the apartments and the locations properly.
3. We need a reserve and it is good for everyone holiding DomusCoins: when the price of DomusCoins appreciates, we can bring in more properties, hence being able to sell the DomusCoins in reserves at a higher price. This mechanism will consolidate the value of the DomusCoins already in circulation. (see here for more info: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.30335622)
