I think the ICO price is a bit expensive for a 1 billion total supply coin. Although the total supply for ICO is low but some investors will hesitate to invest as the team may sell the remaining coins when the coin gets a good price in exchanges.

I can understand your concerns, but let me explain these numbers:

1. We commit, in the white paper and legally, not to cause inflation by selling tokens UNLESS they are backed by real estate properties

2. 10 million tokens =10 million USD of which 800,000 tokens are already backed by real estate properties. We don't want to take the risk to make a bigger ICO because to make things seriously we need to choose the apartments and the locations properly.

3. We need a reserve and it is good for everyone holiding DomusCoins: when the price of DomusCoins appreciates, we can bring in more properties, hence being able to sell the DomusCoins in reserves at a higher price. Which countries are your project focused on first?

That is a difficult requirement for this project. To be successful I think this project will take time to learn more about the real estate market so that can meet the investment criteria in the crypto market. A clear road map with specific plans will attract more investors.


The first apartments are already there, in Dubai and Ho Chi Minh. These properties will be the guarantee of the first token issued.

The idea behind is very easy:

- ICO guaranteed: tokens are issued only if there is a real estate value backing them.
- tokens are immediately spendable for stays and holidays in any apartment in the DomusCoins network
- ICO is 10 million tokens = 10 million usd = 10 million usd in properties
- Total supply, 1 billion. The remaining tokens might be issued in the future if and only if new properties will be brought into the company (so there is no inflation)
- DomusCoins holders will receive semi-annual dividends based on the real estate revenues generated
