What difference will be between ICO on Comsa and ICO on Ethereum?
Making your ICO directly on Ethereum means developing your own tokens and handling investors, bonuses, etc..
If you want to accept other coins too, things become complex.
With COMSA they do all of this for you.
Comsa dont have own mainnet, as I know. This is only ERC20 tokens. And they will only check ICO, not create them.

Integrating Bitcoin, NEM, and Ethereum into one network is a huge task but if successful will allow more ICOs to be launched through Cosma than any other way possible. I am too late to get in on this for the ICO but will be waiting for it to hit exchanges
