It is showing system maintenance on the website for period of 12th and 13th October but after two weeks this message is appearing. Why does not the project have a hard cap? I understand that we should not expect an increase in the price of tokens, on stock exchanges, since there will be no demand, because everyone who wants can buy them on the ICO without problems?
