How did the team distributed their token So the rest of us got their incent and some don't?
If an address starting with 3 and 1W still can receieve incent why are not not getting theirs?

On the exchanges question: Bittrex is looking like 2017 now. They know about us, we have spoken to them, but without confirmation of demand then there's no reason for them to hurry to list us. A show of interest from the community would probably help but, like almost all exchanges, listing is at their discretion and at their schedule.
We're talking to other exchanges, of course. The exception to the above rule is Waves' DEX, which will allow us to trade Incent in a decentralised way once it's launched - but again, that will be 2017. We'll be making good use of that functionality once it's implemented.

A few things to cover
Firstly, Waves addresses can be used with or without the 1W at the start - that's a legacy thing now and no longer has to be included.
Please update to the latest Waves client, currently v0.4.6a, which supports assets.
The % total raised on the ICO page has changed probably because a tranche of funds has been released from escrow now, and that value is just read from the BTC address.
We're working through some accounts that haven't received Incent. This could be for a variety of reasons, from not including a valid Waves address to withdraw to in your ICO area to having problems of one sort or another with the client (e.g. not having updated). We're keen to get these resolved as quickly as possible. If you're not on our Slack already, I'd encourage you to sign up - it's the best place to stay up to date, and it's the fastest way to get any issues resolved with Pete, our dev.

I can't see any Incent tokens in my Waves wallet, why it is so because I've added waves address on the ICO website.

I put my address with 1W in the Incent ICO dashboard. All funds received as per latest 0.4.6a light wallet for waves. Thanks guys.

You should all update to the latest Waves mainnet client v0.4.6 or download the latest Chrome plugin from https://wavesplatform.com/ which are able to show you assets you own.
There will be no "1W" in your new wallet, though after "1W" the address will be absolutely the same you had before.
In ICO Dashboard I guess you also have to enter your new address without "1W", unless devs programmed the ICO site to automatically ignore "1W" (needs to be confirmed) or maybe they deleted it manually when redeeming tokens to your Waves account.

I am trying to creat an account on incent ICO in order to claim my bounty, but I can't log into my account, when I click log in, it shows me this phrase: "Sorry, there was a problem logging you in. Please try again, or click 'create an account' below the card if that is something you need to do."
