So what if it requires time to get the trust? Starting small is better than no start at all.
Thats right. However even If they start new, they will Be the only ones to offer Publishing service such as timestamping on the blockchain and creating the proof of existence for manuscript submission. That's a winner right there;)

Globally, many laboratories and even universities are private ones, so there is no problem to attract other private investors to the platform.

I read about Scienceroot, using this platform, individuals in the global science community will be able to collect funding, interact, discuss ideas, collaborate and publish their work. I want to find out about the bases for the project to review and allocate funds for each specific scientific study?

We don`t have any exact numbers yet because our focus currently is on the collaboration platform, funding will be targeted in the coming months.

Shouldn't you make an interest return policy for the investors?
It is somehow self-explanatory if you read the whitepaper, but you got a point. It's a good tip!

The well-known magazines charge for publishing the articles for a reason - they have a reputation and people know that the articles there are trust-worth. You will need time to achieve the same trust level.
No, this has nothing to do with reputation. The only way a publisher achieves trust is to have a lot of cited articles on that platform. The money part is just not well-justified. They don't reward the authors, nor the reviewers. They just keep the profit to themselves

Most grants in Russia are from the government. Is it the same in Europe? I wonder how the system can switch to private funding so fast.

We will market also governmental grants in the platform it`s not targeted only for private funding.
Because like you mentioned most science funding is done by the government.

Regarding the publishing platform in the beginning we don`t plan to create a new journal but to partner with already existing publishing businesses and offer them blockchain infrastructure.

The publishing fees are very overpriced, big publishers have over 40% yearly profits.
