The difference is that this coin is four days old and Doge is not. Your comparison between LEAF and Doges bobsled thing is not a valid anecdote at his point. You though we were a community open to ideas and we are, but look at your approach; "send me coins". You are making quite leading statements saying we are not open because you might have taken the wrong approach

Doge was very early on when they started up the campaign for the bobsled team. I havent researched the very origins of it, but from what I've read it was a very organic and grassroots beginning. So that was a good comparison for this specific instance.
I didn't make any leading statements.. I just got done reading 80+ pages of posts, many filled with requests for donations, many people actively and openly begging for coinage. Yes I did the same.. but I also offered to do something with it, with a very low bar to meet at $25, and provable results. Not like I was asking for anyone's life savings to run off with. So .. a little less open and welcoming then it was in the beginning days, thats obvious. ..but I'm still open to working on the idea.
