Last week development report.

1. Broadcast quality (now only depends on user channel bandwidth, models camera and mediaserver load, tested);
2. Models can now turn microphone on and off.
3. Regional block (models can set it in the settings, before the broadcast)
4. Private video chat implemented:
- tokens get transferred from user to model at a custom per-second rate.
- private video chat messaging (not saved on the server)
- private chat starts after model confirmation
- can be stopped by both model and user
5: Streamer can be blocked by administrator + any stream can be stopped
- admin can stop any stream
- model cannot start streaming if admin has blocked their broadcast
- admin can unban streamers

We are moving on to closed testing this week.

Exchanges - waiting on OpenLedger. Cryptopia and Forkdelta are being worked on.
Etherdelta is not responding.

Token distribution is over. Our gratitude to everyone involved.
Today, 28.03.2018, we have burned the tokens that were neither sold during our token sale nor included in bounty program pool, Live Stars foundation or developer rewards.
As we have mentioned in our previous posts, the final amount of tokens that should be left accessible after all the distribution has ended is 54 722 997.
However, as you might know, in November our Parity multisignature wallet (0x94bd4150e41c717b7e7564484693073239715376) was attacked and the funds on it are frozen. The tokens stored on this multisignature account include 14 050 114 LIVE tokens, which are now inaccessible just as Ether on this account is. Those tokens will be burned after the address becomes usable again.

The time has come to share the latest news with you.

Bounty tokens have been distributed yesterday to all participants who have completed the KYC. Tokens have been sent to the addresses specified in the bounty program spreadsheet.

Beta version functionality is getting wider. Here is the list of latest important updates:

* E-mail confirmation both for users and models.
* Password restore functionality for users and models.

* Two-factor authorization
* Manual and automatic password restore

* Logging
* Model photos, administration functions for photos and albums, photo verification and approval.
* Admin and model are now able to ban users from watching by IP.

* Model can ban users by user id. (Banned users can't contact models or watch their broadcast.

* Model tips and earnings statistics.

+ started bug-fix process and front-end is being improved.

Token Burn event will take place tomorrow. Tokens will be publicly sent to a non-existent address. This will be verifiable on etherscan.


Exchanges - we have been through verification process by Kucoin, and after we were checked and queued for listing. A month has passed and now we are getting no reply from Kucoin administration. HitBTC have requested 40BTC payment for listing, which we believe is too much. Currently we are reviewing all possible options of a starting listing. Later, with coinmarketcap listing, volume increase and project development we will be aiming for other exchanges, too.

Most of the time since our token sale has ended, our developers have been busy with development of Live Stars platform and its functionality.

We have received a lot of feedback when we released our alpha version, and now we can say that we moved a lot since that moment, and even now, several weeks before the actual beta release, we can surely say that there's a lot more to test and improve.

Most of end-user side functionality is now completed. We have implemented private messaging (all users, both models and customers, will be able to use our convenient private chat to communicate privately. Chat can not be spied even from Live Stars administration), giving and receiving tips. First prototype of our admin panel is also ready and now our platform is easily moderated. This will make the place safer for all users. Streaming now works flawlessly.

Now when everything mentioned above is completed, we are moving on to creation of model-side interface, their dashboard and streaming panel. Models are an essential part of our platform and their work should be as convenient as possible.

Beta release is scheduled for end of april 2018. We will keep you updated.

Listing is still expected in March. We would like to point out that the exchanges are extremely overloaded  and sometimes we have to wait for an answer up to weeks. The absence of a specific listing date is due to slow actions on the side of the exchanges. We will immediately make the announcement as soon as the listing is in place and we are doing everything that is necessary to resolve these issues.

We would like to tell you about things happening here in Live Stars over the last few days.

Regarding the development of the Beta release, currently we have made several improvements and continue to work hard on it. Streaming now works through media server which will allows unlimited users connect to the stream without any loss in quality. Stream was tested for 24 hours and it works wihtout any breaks. Now model can see how many users are online and has the possibility to reply to user, ban and ignore him, see token balance, send tips functionality and etc. Now we are going to develop private messaging system which will have a facebook-like interface. All in all there are lots of new functions and they are constantly being updated and optimised.

Meanwhile, work on the legal side is done in partnership with our legal collegues in order to register Live Stars business and get all the necessary licences and preparation for future legal business in several jurisdictions is ongoing.
 
One more great thing is that we have distributed referral rewards to the Ethereum addresses saved in the participant panel. Everyone should have received them by now.

Bounty rewards will be distributed after the KYC procedure ends for all participants. The last but not least important thing we want to remind you is that the token burn event will happen after bounty distribution.

Bounty participants will get same reward value because total token supply was proportionately reduced, not only the bounty pool.

In the very beginning, we were planning to emit 200 000 000 tokens. 2% of this amount (4 000 000) was supposed to be used as a bounty reward pool. With further development of our project, we decided to make the overall amount of tokens to 79 928 407. The hard cap was not reached, so 2% is calculated from the amount that was actually emitted (54 722 997) not counting unsold tokens, as those will be burned. Bounty pool became 1 094 459 tokens, 2% of the overall amount. Nothing was cut down, just pure calculation. The amount of funds raised during the token sale is 4 times less than we planned at the beginning, and so is the bounty reward pool, as it is calculated according to the actually emitted amount.

Please understand correctly, that only 2% of the overall amount is for bounty. We cannot provide you more, as we have agreements with both token sale contributors and referrers, too.


You will complete verification if identity will match with address data document. You can not use 2 different person's data.

The documents that are used for ID and address verification should be different. You can use your passport as the address identification but the first document should be different.

The token burn event initially was planned for this week, however, bounty distribution and referral distribution will take a bit more time so we have made a decision to burn all the leftovers after the distribution is done.

From my experience, cryptopia and IDEX are both good, EtherDelta is not worth your time.

I hope Livestars allow the streamers to do what they want and not like other Webcam-Platforms who have something like ''forbidden-rules'' for special fetishes like golden shower, fisting and scat-play. I am not a fan of these (except of fisting) but there are fans out there and want it. There are models who do this. And this platform is anonymous and decentralized. There are models who do this on the classical platforms and were banned because of this. I mean why ? I thought we are living in a free and liberal period.

Cus some coin/tokens get listed very easily while some take a hell much of a time, makes me kinda wonder if this exchanges hate some project

It is good enough to be listed on some major decentralized exchanges.
When the trade volume is good enough, more exchanges will list it.
The point is do we have good products already?
Or do the community believe we will have one soon?

Kucoin - Months behind on some listings, ask the Covesting community about that.

Crytopia - About $100,000 USD with no confirmed listing date.

I appreciate everyone wanting to list on these 2 exchanges, but it's no different than EVERY project community right now.

I'm not quite sure why people are so excited to get this coin listed which has already dumped on FD under these market conditions. The smart money is more eager to see the beta.
