This looks very strange because of the amount of allocation you reduce
Previously I see allocation for bounty 18 million GBTC tokens but after I see final sheet allocation was only 733 291 GBTC

well, admin in the official channel are always there, so you can ask any question. Maybe they don't know avery answer, but the channel is alive.
They will kick anyone who asks for bounty problem on telegram but I find it in pinned message and they say if distribution for bounty will be start on March 20but I'm not sure about that because until now I haven't seen number of participant tokens on spreadsheet
you have to send a pm here on this forum for that kind of problem.
I had a quick answer and a solution for my issue, so i think that they will solve everybody's issues as well...

Don't be too sad because many projects are experiencing death from the current Bitcoin price. We can only wait and be patient to see good development will emerge with good prices to make a profit.

this ico has run for about 9months now and was able to raise $2.7m, well this could probably be as a result of the entire market situation of last year affect the ability to raise more funds but on the other hand some other project were able to raised good amount of funds,
i guess it depends on what the investors sees as a potential project with great fundamentals and technicalities that can be sustainable over a long period of time,
between gigs is a freelance ecosystem that don't really require a huge amount of money for start up, so i beleive the amount raised for this long period will be enough to proceed with project development.
