Staking is necessary for coin generation for internal use. After all, MFIT does require coins for marketing, partnership, community work, sponsorship, etc.
Any investor who isn't agreeable to this, or feels uncomfortable, should look for an alternative investment.

If you are looking at short-term gains, it can be risky. Reason is that exchanges price can be manipulated. If you are looking at the long term, then MFIT would be an excellent investment.
