No, you will have to offer your twitter account to be used for people to post messages on twitter. You get paid in Nanas for the service, if you chose to make your twitter account available.
Why wouldn't they just use their own twitters to send message? Still if they are paying out in nanas for this it might be worth doing.
Because they would want to place an ad and reach your followers.
So it's just a once per ad type things so they would have to keep paying for each ad they want tweeted?

You should not be clicking start at all if you created a 1 click banana tree. You do need to make sure you have good internet connectivity.
