World's Second Largest Stock Exchange To Acquire Swedish Fintech Cinnober
Nasdaq has yet again hit the headlines as the world's second largest stock exchange is all set to acquire a Sweden-based trading solution provider, Cinnober in a $190 million all-cash deal.
Cinnober is said to be in partnership with the qualified crypto custody security providers, BitGo. Recently, BitGo earned the regulatory approval to be a qualified custodian service provider for around 75 cryptocurrencies to institutional investors.
On this matter, Adena Friedman, president, and CEO of Nasdaq stated:
“The combined intellectual capital, technology competence and capabilities of Cinnober and our Market Technology business will expand the breadth and depth of our fastest growing division at Nasdaq.”
Friedman further added:
“Not only the global capital markets continued to evolve rapidly, but new marketplaces in various industries are also demanding market technology infrastructure that enables rapid growth and scale as well as access to tools to promote market integrity. This acquisition will enhance our ability to serve market infrastructure operators worldwide, and will accelerate our ability to expand into new growth segments.”
The co-founder of Cinnober, Nils-Robert Persson stated that this acquisition will further expand its “technology and offering to even more customers and segments.”
The deal is expected to be closed by the fourth quarter.

The exchange is not bad. But the commission for withdrawal bitcoin is huge! Therefore, I very rarely work there.
The cost of withdrawing is quite high, it can't compete with major exchanges. I only trade on this exchange when a coin can only trade here.
Hey guys tried to withdraw 0,1 btc - it says withdrawal error but the balance is gone and its not in the blockchain... anyone had the same issue?

Hey asshole... Do you have evidence to back up your claim that stocks created NCP and that NCP is a scam?

Because this is the only change that was made in the Public API.

I went to the coin in my account on the updated site. Fixed after 5 days. now i can not withdraw money day by day. the support is not working or does not find a solution. these kinds of problems are always finding or not finding a solution
I think this exchange is very unfriendly to users, they set a high withdrawal fee, up to 0.004BTC, which is an incredible astronomical number. I was in desperate need of BTC and had to endure such a high withdrawal fee on this exchange. I feel terrible.

Just now tho I went to their site and its down for upgrades i guess. Don't remember getting a notice they were going to down however.

Nothing works great. It's mind-boggling how they can go online with such an unfinished site.
Seems like they never tested the new setup.
Also, they changed the API w/o notice. (EDIT: They reverted Public API now. Private API still won't respond successfully)

I tried to send a deposit Giro on this exchange, working exchange wallet of course, 1 day later it still wasn't confirmed. Contacted support that said they will fix it soon just to find out 10 days later that they disabled Giro with all the funds in without any notification, email, whatever.
Useless to stay that everybody should stay away from such exchanges where you can lose all your holdings with them... What a joke only!

Today I got respond from support of Stocks.exchange. I was really surprised, they respond in 24 hours! Good sign.
I gave them some additional information and data, so I strongly believe that they will solve my case and bring me back my coins.
I am hearing from my friends that this exchange is growing in the crypto community. I also joined that and the trade is better. There are some coins on that exchange which are not available on other exchanges because of that I came there. I can buy and sell that coins easily. I gave them some additional information and data, so I strongly believe that they will solve my case and bring me back my coins.

That is a negative point but I do not know that why. The developers need to focus on these issues and have to solve it.
