Unpleasant issue with Stocks.exchange!!!
I sent some amount of DERO coins (April, 4th) to my address what I use on this exchange. After some time they blocked DERO coin "very hard technical update" (as they said). They open me a new address for DERO, but there is no my coins on it. I can not access to my "old" address.
I opened a support ticket (enclose all infos about my address, transaction hash and exact time), waiting for almost 2 months, and they said "We do not have Your coins!!!".
I hope that they will bring me back my coins...and that this is only a accident.
Waiting again for their support, i believe less than 2 months for answer.

Really perfect exchange and we like it a lot
Be careful with the exchanger https://stocks.exchange, when I bought BTC for USTD, 0.001 BTC missing, this amount is, of course, small, but still unpleasant
For a person it is very small but if it is repeated to many people, it won't small amount. You should double check and give evidence if that is not a mistake.

I have a generally positive experience with Stocks.Exchange so far and it seems that they are constantly improving their service, which is a good sign for the future. The Bitcoin deposit section was very slow several months ago, one deposit needed half a day or more to go through, but now it works like a charm. Confirming the withdrawals was also not always an easy task as the confirmation links occasionally gave me errors instead of confirmation, but they solved this problem too. I've never lost a single coin with them, but i must state, that i'm not a big time trader.
i hope i will to ,cause today got withdraw error , after a small amount sent with sucess , i withdraw a big amount of xsg and i got an withdraw error , and coins are not in balance ,

Month and a half they hold my BTW withdrawal. Fortunately small enough, so it won't impact me that much.
In the meantime few times they canceled transaction claiming they have technical issues.
Also, they generated fake transaction hashes.
For asking too many times when they will fix it, they banned my account on twitter, so I won't be disclosing their practice.
All signs show they scam waiting for right moment to steal coins and escape.
Be careful with them. Support is useless and not giving any ETA.
Communication is poor and they just trying to get rid of all questions they don't like by removing them and banning from their social media channels.

Just an update on SE.
Yesterday I withdrew, 2 different coins , including BTC, and made several deposits as well. I had disabled F2A so that made it that much simpler. Got my conformation email immediately, withdrawal approved quickly, and was in my CB account within 10 minutes.
SE has worked perfectly for me since I began using it a few months months ago. Although it is laid out a little more differently then some lol
Their withdraw fee is better than most newcomers. But higher than Bittrex, that's my only complaint.
I have to give credit where credits due" I am continuing to use SE daily.
PS: I did all my trading on the free "no fee days" they had on the 25th and 26th April. In celebration of their 1 year anniversary

This has got to be the main reason for someone to just start up an exchange just so they can do this scamming people out of their alt coins.dont use this exchange!!!
I believe I have went to this exchange once when I first heard about them through a link two weeks ago.
I looked at the site and how slow it was to respond and said to myself no way this could service more than 100 users all at the same time.
It was timing out just to access a different coins market.
Do not use them or you will be sorry just like the other members who have reported they have lost their coins amist transferring them.

Scam exchanger just lost 100k OMB weird...my network are secure & I believe always open link with my bookmark...so funny after I lost coin they ann about scam exchanger who has same name like them.
I have tried to deposit BSM money into the wallet for trading but have not received. Please check back.
AVOID SE..better using CB, CE, or Graviex for altcoins
tried deposit LTC at stocks.exchange .. transaction was confirmed quickly by netwrok, but even after approx 20 hours i still don't see deposit in my stocks.exchange account.. support replied just "you will se your deposit very soon" - that was 12 hours ago and still nothing .. looks like this exchange at least have some issues - hope it is not collapsing scam ..
My first attempt to withdraw BTC ,,,,, showing approved for almost an hour now. This will be an all time record wait for it to transfer out.
Will post back if and when I get my BTC.... already scaring me now. Figured I better test it before I send up more coin to exchange.
