Can someone elaborate this statement? As a content provider i can use the users device as mining machine. How is that possible?

I think they are going to implement some kind of a bridge/API - connecting visitors to the blockchain while they are browsing through the content without paying them a miners fee and giving the fee to the API key holder (content provider) instead.
